Where do you ship?

We ship Australia Wide only

Can i change my delivery address?

Yes, you can change your address before the item has been shipped. You need to call our office for confirmation.

When can i cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by calling our office before the item has been shipped. You cannot cancel the order after it has been shipped.

How do you determine shipping charges?

Shipping charges are determined by item dimensions, weight and delivery address.

How soon can i get my product?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 – 10 business days for delivery of stocked items. You may incur extra time if there is shortage of products.  Back orders or delays will be notified to you directly.

What am I required to do in case of return or refund?

Please go through our returns and refunds policy in the section to find out if you are eligible for a return or not. If you are eligible, you need to intimate us within 30 days of original purchase.

Under what circumstances you offer returns and refunds?

All the circumstances have been written in the return and refund section. If you feel you have special case, you may call us anytime.

What is the time frame in which you accept returns?

We accept returns within 30 days of original purchase.

When can I expect a refund?

You can expect a refund within 7 days after the goods have been received by us.

Return and Refund of Goods

Goods can only be returned for change of mind, incorrect order or they are damaged in transit. We will accept if the following conditions are met.
  • Must be returned within 30 days of original purchase
  • Goods must be returned in full with no missing parts
  • Goods must not be damaged while installation
  • Goods must not be used
  • Goods/ packaging must be in saleable condition
These Conditions Apply to ALL Returns:
  • 20% restocking fee applies for all items returned or cancellations
  • NO returns of special orders will be accepted
  • A freight surcharge will apply, when returning an item. The freight will be calculated by Urban Designs Bathroom and Kitchen and is payable by the customer returning items
  • A full refund will only be applied if goods are deemed not fit for purpose or an alternative cannot be offered
  • Refunds will be available for all goods sold with major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law
  • All returns will be handled on a case by case basis and is at the sole discretion of Urban Designs Bathroom and Kitchen
Damaged Goods
  • Urban Designs Bathroom and Kitchen must be notified within 48 hours of acceptance of delivery, of any damages or missing items
Refund of Goods
  • After your case has been processed, you can return your items to us
  • We will issue a refund to the same account that was used for purchase within 7 business days.
